Malea Hutt
Malea Hutt has a passion for growing leaders and has spent the last 10 years in an industry she loves.
Malea is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in communication. She followed an interest in the bridal industry, after leaving Boulder, and fell in love with sales. Who loves sales really? Malea does. As she worked her way up in the industry she began to teach, train and coach sales processes.
Malea has spent the last 6 years building her company Brilliant Bridal. She holds the title of COO and owner. Brilliant Bridal currently has 5 locations; Mesa AZ, Phoenix AZ, Denver, CO, Las Vegas NV and Dallas TX. She is currently working on opening their 6th location in 2020. In 2019 in order to control their supply chain of gowns, Malea traveled to China to begin designing and manufacturing gowns specifically for Brilliant Bridal. She designed 10 new styles with plans to design another 20 gowns in 2020. She spends most of her days working with her executive team and managers on inventory, sales and company culture.
Malea has spent much of the last several years developing training material for her teams which include videos, workshops and live speaking events. She has lead executive retreats for more intensive and focused training with her teams.
Malea is married to her husband Clark and they have been married for 11 year and have two children. Riley is 5 years old and will take over the world someday. Deacon is 3 and one part sweet and one part sour as three year olds tend to be. They live in Arvada, CO.
