Pam Korbel Watson

Pam prides herself in helping people grow and change to fulfill their God-given purpose and live in Christlikeness.  She does this as a workplace chaplain, spiritual director, emotional intelligence coach and business consultant.

For most of her career she led or coached fast-growth companies helping them to achieve industry records in revenue and profit growth.  Then, in 2008 she felt a calling to train and coach others on emotional intelligence which led to a deeper yearn to attend Denver Seminary for a Certificate in Soul Care.  She now says that her work as an EQ coach was actually her first concrete step toward being a spiritual director and she loves the integration of her business, emotional intelligence and spiritual work.

She maintains the professional advisory firm SmartGrowth, Inc., that provides services in workplace chaplaincy, emotional intelligence coaching, and business strategic services.  She also serves on the adjunct faculty of the University of Denver teaching organizational development and organizational behavior.

Bailey Award for Small Business Advocacy and as the U.S. Small Business Administration Women’s Business Advocate of the Year.

In addition, Pam and her husband Doug, who is a senior technologist with United Launch Alliance, have two grown (off the payroll) children, Anna and Rob.
